Existing service issues
If you’re an existing customer of one of our partner providers and have a service issue — outage, billing question, technical problem, equipment swap, address change — those go directly to your provider’s customer support, not to us. Once you sign up with a provider through us, that provider becomes your point of contact for everything related to your service.
That said, if you can’t reach your provider or aren’t sure where to start, give us a call and we’ll help you find the right number.
